How do I unlock all games?
Tap on any lock icon in the app, then tap "Unlock Now" to access the full version with a one-time purchase of $1.99.
I already paid but the games are still locked
Tap on a lock icon, then tap "Restore" at the bottom of the screen. This will restore your purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Does the app work without Internet?
Yes! Once downloaded, Cogitoo works entirely offline. An internet connection is only needed for purchasing or restoring.
What age is the app designed for?
Cogitoo is designed for children aged 3 to 6, with difficulty levels adapted to each age.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID to submit a request.
Is my data being collected?
No. Cogitoo does not collect any personal data. All information (progress, avatar) stays only on your device.
